With this wizard you fill in the data:
ICAO NUMBER for you RWY

THR ft
Balked ft (by default the distance is 1800 m)

You can analysis obstacle of any area with generic.
And for the conical we created a new one.
KML

As any area you can export that area to KML.
First select all the oas area
then Click
Basic Operation
Transform to KML
And you get the KML in the folder of KML of the program
